1. Commitment to Quality

All our products are carefully manufactured and tested to ensure:

  • Safety and Sustainability: Our products are designed to be safe for home use and environmentally responsible.

  • Superior Performance: Each candle and wax melt is designed to provide a long-lasting and enjoyable fragrance experience.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you detect any defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to resolving the situation quickly and effectively.

What is covered by the Warranty?

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. cracks in the wax, defective wicks).

  • Products damaged during transport.

  • Performance anomalies, such as insufficient fragrance or shorter than expected combustion time.

3. Warranty Period

Our Quality Guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

4. How to activate the warranty?

If you identify any problems, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to velaris.made.with.starlight@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Full name.

    • Order number.

    • Problem description.

    • Photographs that clearly show the defect or damage (if applicable).

  2. Analysis and Resolution:

    • After analysis, we will contact you within 5 working days.

    • If the problem is confirmed, we offer one of the following solutions:

      • Product replacement at no additional cost.

      • Full or partial refund.

      • Discount coupon for a future purchase.

5. Warranty Exceptions

Quality Assurance does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect (e.g. leaving the candle burning unattended or not following safety instructions).

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

  • Products purchased outside our official website or from unauthorized resellers.
